  • Olives are hand harvested and milled locally.

  • We utilize the following sustainable agriculture practices: plant annual cover crop; reduced tillage; dry farm mature trees; irrigate young trees with collected rain water; orchard spacing designed for optimal air and sunlight circulation; annual introduction of beneficial insects; and organically acceptable methods for pest control.

We harvested our 2024 crop! Our olives were harvested on November 23, 2024 and immediately milled on the same day, creating an amazingly smooth and remarkable blend this year.
